When doing key words would I repest the main word.

OR
's****booking, sticker, paper, ideas,etc'

also do you put spaces after the comma's or does it matter?

You should not really put spaces after the comma. The phrases are good if you think this is what will be search for and I think, in your case, it will be. :o) Sounds like an interesting site in the making. Lol.

I stand corrected! Although I have used phrases similarly and it hasn't done me any harm - I guess it depends on how many..... Thanks David.

My information is that you can use a word three times in your meta tags, but any more and you might find the SEs think you are trying to spam. So your suggestions would be okay as long as you didn't have any more s****bookings in there.
