I can't get my desktop site to work properly on mobile softwares....

I am so confused now that I've read this forum. I created my website on my laptop.... when I search online it works ok.... but on my mobile or tablet its all jumbled!

Is there a different program for mobile website? I've done the "m" and "

lb.site.mobi

" as the tut. says on my DNS settings. Do I have to create a different account? I'm not sure I understand, about the email with log in info to go to CP for mobile site. I apologize but I am so new at this.... thanks to anyone who can help.
