FTP - Uploading Files to Server

My name is Henry.

Q1. My master domain is www.MyCyberSphere.com
I created this add-on domain: www.SeminarRoomsOnline.com.
Then I created a sub-domain: www.Mili.SeminarRoomsOnline.com
I want to upload files to www.Mili.SeminarRoomsOnline.com.

I am having problems uploading the files using a third party FTP
program (smartFTP).

Can someone help please?
