Hi,Im having no joy in logging into the bluevoda server to upload my FTP files, Im desperate to get this problem sorted as this is the reason I got the website.
I can log into cPanel and load webpages with no problem.
Would the following sequence of events have a effect somehow?
I started with fantastico, then changed my mind and built my website useing bluevoda. If I did not manage to delete all the files from that program, ( there was a message but it dissapeared very quickly) would it have this effect.
The message that BV gives is that Authentication failed 530
I have disabled all firewalls etc but still get the same message.
What would happen if I deleted ALL the files in the FTP and started all over again.
