Does anyone know what speed.pointroll.com is?

Is it good or is it bad? I've tried searching for it a bit but I am not getting close to what this is...

If anyone can shed a light on this, I'd appreciate it.

I know Pointroll serves rich media ads on a lot of major sites on the web. speed.pointroll.com is one of their ad servers, probably named so because it is optimized to deliver ads faster. :)
