Can't see the video tutorial

Hi.... I got to admit that I am new with this web design thing. I have read the tutorials.... but it's kind of hard to practice it without seeing the tutorial videos. The problem is.... I can't see thm online (it won't start). So, can anybody tell me what to do so i can see the videos ?????
