Dont be cheapos...spend a few dollars to protect your investment...Our support desk gets dozens of horror stories every month from customers who use free antivirus software...spend a few dollars on Kaspersky...Its worth every penny.

Free = AVG

Nowadays you pay for one antivirus and internet security and you can use it on 3 computers in your home with full support.

i don't use any AntiVirus. I scan my PC everynight with SpyBot, and that's it. It finds all the errors

Depends on so many variables as to how efficient your results are...

Spybot is d*mn good but not as good as Kaspersky on any given day...

If you are using XP or older...not so good, seriously!

And LUCK has everything to do with it!

Dont be foolhardy and think you can get away with using a PC without an Anti-virus forever!

Once you are infected and everything in your Pc is a mess and you have difficulty logging on you will cry at the thought of having to reformat your hard drive and losing all your data, images and years of hard work?

Dont be penny wise and pound foolish!

How easy is kaspersky to work with?

I am currently using Norton Internet Security 2009 and have used Norton for several years, this latest version is a real pain as far as user interaction. Wish I had seen this 3 months ago before I renewed Norton.

I have used norton for many years till recently about 4 months ago I got a virus and norton found it but could not get rid of it. Then about little over a month I got a another virus it was a about a week before norton was to expire and could not get rid of it. I canceled norton would not update it went to avg and they found the virus and cleared it up. Avg is free to update the norton was 59.00 dollars. I have not any problem with avg so far. I also put it on my wife pc and found a virus that macgaffey did not notice and got rid of it.
