My computer is caching

All I want to do is addchanges to my index page. I make the changes, I follow the steps for saving and publishing, a box tells me it was successfull, I refresh my web page, but there are no changes.

My domain name is www.muslimaction.net , a site dedicated to teach American Muslims the principles of social change as practiced by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Hi, bit hard to say without knowing what was there before & what you changed. 99% chance that its just your cache wants clearing.

You assume I know what a cache is. I don't--except linguistically. I've only had the site up for a week, so I don't know how much would be in it. Where do I find it, and how do I clear it?
