    Hey Check here.

    Or

Check the permissions on the following two registry keys using and ensure
    that the user has access:

    HKEY_USERS\<username>\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Wi
    ndows Script Host\Settings

Apart from not knowing what printer you have Id say its a permissions problem.

Thanks for your reply stroke, i have already solved the acces problem, it seems to me i have a software conflict when trying to use the software to manage the printer, i have mailed the support already.

I have some questions and maybe someone can help me

      1) In the case is a software conflict problem formatting the hard disk will solve it?

      2) is there a tutorial to upload the files to the server, and is this a goed option to save them from formatting them

      thanks again
