Moving a Thread To Another Forum

Can you move a thread to a different forum using the phpBB forums? I've been looing around but I can't find an option to move someones thread that was posted in the wrong forum.

Yep. When viewing a thread, look at the bottom left of the page and you should see four little tools icons, one of which is used to move a thread. (Hover your mouse over them to determine which does what.)
