I Use phpBB 2.0.22 in my Forums.
I want to Chang my Backgroud color i.e.

And Also tell me Which are files to be modify

Go to phpbbstyles.com and look for a style you like. Download it, UNZIP it to your pc, then use ftp to upload it to your forum's templates directory. (public_html > forum > templates)

Once that's done, go to your forum's administration panel - you'll see a link at the bottom of the page when you're logged in - scroll down to Styles Admin, choose Add and you'll be able to install the style.

To make the new style your forum's default style, in your admin panel, click Configuration and set it there.

No, that's a silly way to go. I could tell you how to do it, but you might screw up your whole forum trying. Go find a custom style as advised.
