Changing Logos

I have just setup my forum and want to change the PHPBB logo to one of my own that was designed in Photoshop.

I see where to change the colors and background but not the logo?

Any feedback would be great!

Right click your logo and go to Properties to determine where it is and what it's named. If you have the default SubSilver skin, your logo is in your forum/templates/subsilver/images folder and is named logo_phpBB.gif. Simply create or rename an image with this name and ftp it into the subsilver/images folder and it will replace the default phpBB logo.

Any advice on adding some ads into the header of my forum? or do I have to find the index page and manually insert the ads?
