I Want To Make My Own Messege Board

I am tring to put a very simple messege board on my site on one of the pages. I have tried the phpBB and it is not the result i am after. I just want to create a new page with the same site banner and buttons that i have on the rest of my pages and have a plain rectangle box in the middle of the page and a thin box underneath to type the messege. I just want users to type a messege and then submit it and have it appear at the top of the box. I dont want multiple topics or new threads just the same thread for ever never changing. Only 9 people use the site for a family fantasy sports competition i run. We just want it to communicate before and after matches so we dont need the treads anf usually sdmin rights moderators and all the tricky stuff. an example of the page i want to add it to is

and a sample of how i want it to look is provided (sorry can give the url for you to look because you need my username and password to get to it but the pic should show it clear enough.

The issue i have with phpBB and other forums is that they are either to complicated or they take you away from or look nothing like the rest of your site.
