Keeping our forum clean

We have put Forum page in our site as www.egtours.com/forum
but problem we got is that some people are doing spaming, for example ******, sex etc. If we visit their site it automatically download virus etc. They put their link in our forum. How can we avoid those kinds of activities in our forum ?

Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
