Topic blocked to viewers. Need help please..

Hi there,

When I created this new topic "Joke Room" I don't know what I've done wrong. Viewers click on it and they are asked to register to be able to read the topic. I want them to be able to read the topic as they are in all of them.
Have check the admpanel and couldn't find the problem.
What have I done wrong and how I fix it?

You need to add the correct permissions. It sounds as though you have added just read only access but you need to add 'standard' rules or whichever you need. These can be found in the PHPBB forum admin panel under forum permissions
