I have at the last minute run into a problem
Since my last request a week ago I had everything working fine and was ready on Saturday to contact my previous hosting site and have all the databases transfered.
I logged out of my site www.healingleaves.cedartree.org.uk (at 7pm) and sent an email to my present host provider to arrange a convenient time and date to accomplish this. I then went and did other things but when I tried to log back into my site to place a notice of the current postion I got the following message. [my previous host did not yet have any log in details to access the control panel here at BV]
This has persisted now for 36 hours.
Is the problem
Any suggestions as to how to correct it?

Is the problem
- something I have done (nothing apart from close down and reboot)
- with the phpbb installation
- with BV
Any suggestions as to how to correct it?
