Guestbook for my pet rescue site

Here is my 2nd question, I hope somebody can help me!

I'm looking to create a web page where visitors can leave messages and upload pictures to.
It will be a pet rescue page, were people post there lost and stolen pets.
I have no idea if the guestbook will be a good idea or if there is some other solution.
(Not that I know to create a guestbook)

I'll try to answer this the best I can, is this what you are asking To create like pet and rescue page where people can post messages and pic's, If yes that's like a board or so called a forum like this. You can search google to find a platform that will make a board I don't know how to to attach it to your site though. But you can make it separate is this okay?

You can Google for simple Chatboard software which are free.
These are only for messages.

If you want the full gizmo, to chat, post pics you may have to install a Chatforum like phpBB3 etc.

Goto to your cPanel and select Fantastico Deluxe.

There are a lot of free software there that you can customize to your needs.

Visit their websites to learn more about each software.
