PHPbb configuration problem

Dear all,
i try to cofigure my phpbb forum and i loging to my admin panel but it's not shoing any thing to me in th panel expet a word saying:

PLEASE DELETE OR CHANGE NAME OR TRANSFER FOLDER NAMED INSTALL

Really Thanks for the help
but can you tell me why i fac problem to login to my phpbb page even i put the correct password but the system still keep on asking me to put it again and again for 5 times and still didn't login to Admin page.

Open your FTP manager or go to your c-panel file manager in the folder named forum where you have your forum files you have a folder inside that called install delete that folder, the forum has a fail safe and will not work until that folder has been deleted or renamed.
