setting permissions to stop emails sent from the board

Can anyone direct me how to allow emailing form the board. I have just set up the form and it is working fine but I don't really need memebers to be emailing each other. but I can't find where the option is on the configuration buttons.

Sorry, the first message should read how to block emailing between members from the board.

It is under Permissions>advance Permission.

Select or deselect the radio button.
