romanian language for forum

I are intended to build a forum for my site: www.viatatasanatosa.com. I have installed phpBB via Fantastico but I can not set up the language Romanian. I clicked on romainan (in setting panel "board settings, but still remains English. Please help me I set for my forum Romanian language.
