Administration of forum

Gentlemen:
I started to create a forum by using phpBB. First steps were OK. I reach my forum page: www.carlos-arano.com.ar/forum
I want to continue. I was using BV tutorials. I realize I need to enter in the Administration area. I was using www.carlos-arano.com.ar/forum/admin . An error message appears: it cannot find the page.
What am I doing wrong?

Your admin link will appear at the bottom of the forum page in the footer after you have logged in.

But heres a quick link to it. http://www.carlos-arano.com.ar/forum/adm/ but you still need to login on the front page first.

Thank you. But still a question: how can I enter in the "Welcome to phpBB" in order to add categories and made other changes to my forum page?

First go here http://www.carlos-arano.com.ar/forum/index.php
login using the username and password you set up when you first installed the forum.
you will then be redirected back to the index page at the bottom of that page you will now see a link Administrator click this and login again using the same username and password, this will now take you into the admin area. on first look it's a bit confusing but you get used to it.
