How to remove a forum?

Hi all, I would like to remove the forum from www.macrangesbabs.com. The amount of spam I get through this forum is ridiculous and it is not worth it, how can I get rid of it completely?

If originally installed via Fantastico, it must be uninstalled via Fantastico.

If manually installed, it must be manually uninstalled ... according to the detailed instructions included upon installation.
