To me, the Sour Captains taste like grapefruit.....I like the Sour Generals better (more of a lime taste)!

More like sour grapes. As aged as I may be I still have the enthusiasm of a child ( something I hope to never lose ). Was hoping the holloween party would have turned into a creative challange for making avatars ( costumes) and some fun for all. I think even the sour General was game for a party, but without VH help it's only another idea that dosen't hold merit in the eyes of those in power.

I fell fine, thank you, the med make me a little slower and they keep rasing my dosage. Been about two years of trying to lower my BP without a lot of success. I'm on three BP meds, maxed out on two and uping the third. BP still average 200/100. I'm getting tired again so I will nap for a while. Talk to you soon
