    Im guilty your Honor -

At a jury trial with the jury consisting of 4 men and 8 women:
Defendant: "Your Honor, I wish to change my plea."

Judge: "Is someone using undue influence to prompt you to
    change your mind?"

Defendant: "No sir, when I pled 'Not Guilty' I didn't know there
would be women on the jury. Since I can't ever get anything
past my wife, I'll never be able to convince 8 women jurors...."

    lol..
Smart man.. In any case, doing 15 years in jail is far less painful than confronting 8 women in one day.. lmao

(Ok Kate, before you say it, I'm bent over already, spank me and get it over and done with..lol)

Well that's true.. a guy has better chance being acquitted bu a judge after pleading guilty to a crime that has his finger prints and DNA than being acquitted by a jury of 8 women despite an alibi given by a doctor stating that the accused was dead at the time of the crime..lol
