Does anyone know where i can get a free USA state map and a UK county map?..ive been looking for days now .. and i'm all googled out! lol ....surely somewhere someone in the whole wide web world has one that doesnt cost $400.00!....heeeeelp..:o)

Hah! I have had the same problem without paying a fortune. I also have been looking for some good simple outline maps of Europe with no lines & alike. This one may help! But not sure if you wanted more detailed maps. http://geography.about.com/library/blank/blxindex.htm

All-

I don't know if you have tried this search - but look up government maps, photos, pictures. There are numerous government agencies that take pictures all over the world. There are others that specialize in maps. All of these pictures and maps are free and fall under public domain- because they were take using our tax dollars. A tremendous resource.

Here is an example:
http://www.firstgov.gov/Topics/Graphics.shtml also http://www.loc.gov/rr/geogmap/
and a great one: https://www.cia.gov/cia/publications...ook/index.html (this one has downloadable pdf maps from all over the world)

There are many more out there.
