    Reading Colours

Once learned reading becomes hardwired into the brain. Try repeating the following list as quick as you can and aloud but....

Say the colours that you see NOT the words that you see :)

    GREEN
    RED
    BLUE
    PURPLE
    ORANGE
    RED
    GREEN
    ORANGE
    BLUE

Must work on men more than women (men are more visual thinkers). I had no problem!

I think you are all lieing through your teeth LOL, it is possible to read the list accurately but surely you cant read it as quickly naming the colours you see as quickly as you can name the words you see?

I've read it over several times saying the list out loud ...I can do it if I stop and think about it but not if I read one straight after the other without hesitation.

                  Re: Reading Colours

Maybe it has to do with a certain percentage of male vs. famale colorblindness??
                  Just wondering...

hmm..there is more colorblind males than females...
Ive seen that some where else, but it was in a program that when you saw the word you had to click the button for the proper color, that was much more difficult to do.

I agree with Bill, Discipline is all it took. I had no problems with it.
