I know the rules all too well.....

That's why ALL of my important positions are filled by women, and I surround myself with individuals who enjoy the freedoms I provide to grow unrestricted both professionally and personally.

I am a true believer in TEAM, and am a prime example of how commitment to a vision with disciplined efforts can be both rewarding and fulfilling - for all. That and regularly buying lots of flowers, gifts, and Friday lunchtime "parties."

You know, besides how this has become such a fixture-feature that everyone enjoys (and a wonderful way for us to really be real and to ease tensions, etc.) I have come to wonder if some of the crew would stick around if we didn't have these little "celebrations"!!!

I know for sure that some of the sales team totally bend the telecommuter rules (who cares?) but it tickles me to see them show up to "use the office" on Fridays........
Cindy (my assistant) actually had a little "party" for me when I came back on Monday, just to let me know I am thought of. That was nice. It's nice to be told once in a while that what you do is appreciated, and that beyond my own little world I can be a positive factor for others!

Speaking of Telecommuter Sales.....I have seriously been entertaining allowing non-US based people to have a go, especially since their hours could pick up the "overnight" slack and most things are done online anyway no matter the "time".....
