They're coming to take you away. Ha ha, hee hee, ha ha. LOL I'm quite sure they're not, EV. I, too, am a little frustrated at the moment. I have tons of work to do but have neither the space or the peace and quiet to get much done. I should be moving into an apartment all of my very own within the next couple of weeks and I will become so productive you won't see me for dust! Lol I simply cannot wait. Keep your chin up!

Funny you should mention how important peace and quiet really is!

I was severely chided by my ex-family for my preferring to work into the very late night hours, when the WORLD was quieter and I could actually hear my thoughts coalescing....... Truly, my best work springs forth when I need not suffer from distractions and interrputions.
Amazing how quick they were to brag about my work though, and came to depend on my weaving words and ideas into realities they could use.....

In the meantime, however, I must remind myself constantly to stop acting like a third grader and just get started with things rather than remain frozen with the catharsis that comes from the sheer volume of tasks that have piled up!

Have fun packing! (It's a great time to prune unneeded clutter, isn't it?)

LMBO!! I wish I had the clutter to prune. Lol My life fits into the back of car, EV, and most of that is materials and tools for crafting. It's a whole new beginning for me and that means everything. (Ex-partners aren't always that nice, lol). My belongings and materials remain packed from when I moved from Linda's so it's just a matter of getting the keys and moving in.

You are so right about the peace and quiet and that is precisely why I prefer to keep ET and sleep when society says I should be working. Living on ET makes working on joint projects a little easier, too. Lol I am forced, at the moment, to live by UK time and sleep when my hosts and their family are sleeping. Oh, I cannot wait to get those keys. Lol
I know exactly how you feel about approaching that mountain of tasks. I often feel like there is just so much to do where on earth do I start? It can, at times, seem easier to do something else and totally unrelated instead. But we know that that is counter-productive and we can amend our attitude by stepping sideways and looking at everything with a slightly different perspective. Break it down into small 'doable' parts and prioritise them. One step at a time. I'm sure I'm teaching my grandmother how to suck eggs here. Lol
