California weather has become just as unpredicatble as the politics......
Nowadays, you have to keep the whole closet door open to decide what to wear: one day it is so frigid your nips slice through your shirts, the next you need to run to the store for more suntan lotion. Windy enough for a yacht race, then muggy like the tropics. It is like someone upstairs is sitting on the weather remote without knowing it....

Yes, I forget how huge a place it is and my comment was based on the daily weather reports I get from a friend in the vicinity of LA. It's usually hot, very rarely muggy and he's usually always happy. Lol

Oh, I am sure Liz and I are fine, but really? I think it is definitive signs of a changing global weather......I even noticed back in '96....when I moved to Florida, the "daily showers" were just starting to wane also.....now look at it: they are suffering the worst drought ever recorded! (It used to rain for about 20 minutes every day areound 5 pm like clockwork, and dry up just as quickly)

Might just be another sign o' the times....good to see you round during the day shift Gen.A!

Mackerel is good too, Smoked Mackerel is yummy ... Sun would be wonderful ..... not a bad day overall .. lol

All this talk of mackerel - I am gonna have it for my dinner tomorrow. Unforunately, not the fresh variety but I will add finely chopped celery, freshly ground black pepper and light mayonnaise. It's delicious on rye crispbreads. Yummy.

Happy Tuesday, one and all.

I bring news. I have spoken to Allstar/s (Gary) today and can confirm that he is still very much alive. He's going through a difficult time right now but he will get there. I'm hoping to see him soon. Just thought I'd let you guys and gals know 'cause many of you have asked after him. If you are so inclined - a prayer on his behalf would be a nice touch. Thanks, peeps.
