Hey...does anyone remember the thread where we were posting what our "computer desk" looked like? I finally got a nice pix and want to post it, and I can't find the thread. I looked back until April, and I know it wasn't that long ago. Even ***** posted what the server maintenence desk looked like, remember? I tried searching under different combos to no avail.

And Bill :: I'm leaving Thursday for 5 days in Cancun....first time I've been there, having been almost everywhere else (except Asia and Austrailia). But I WILL spend Thanksgiving in my beautiful Florida.....and New Year's...

I finally figured out the widescreens contributed to the disfigurement of the pix (the global satellite connection card the culprit), as whenever I open BV for eample, it's all clean, and publishes clean....

I am so frazzled nowadays, I can't even seem to "pack" for this getaway!

Getting back to this (after fooling around with the new office digital camera...like DUH!), this is Vince in the conference room settting his up......




Cindy (my Executive Asst.) actually doesn't want one - thinking she'll have to do work at home too? - but insisted I pop for a 19" flat screen and a new full desk return rather than the funky computer extension she has now.

OK.....back to work for me!

Nice offices ! no complaints about the view.

You'll enjoy Cancun, a lot like Ft Lauderdale, bit devastated after the hurricane last year. Drink beer not water unelss bottled, the food is outstanding and if you want to taste the best go to Pablo's in the actual town of Cancun, (the beaches are not really Cancun).
Chichinitza is about 2 - 3 hours away, hire a cabby or rent a car and drive there early. Not a pyramid like most think, it was a palace, try to see the inside (very narrow tunnel) and the jaded jaguar.
Xcaret is also worthwhile, and the buses take you there and back.
Enjoy, its a beautiful country.

Didn't George (Chocco) say he was expanding, or was that still down the road? It would be incredible to make the effort to actually run into a VodaPeer, wouldn't it??
Tammy booked us in some luxury thing, so the food and property is going to be outstanding, that I know. I am not sure if they have completed most of the repairs, or to what degree. Apparently, the "main drag" is fine, and I am guessing that some of the smaller properties (and businesses like Pablo's?) might still be in progress...

Just a few days together out of cell phone connections so we can catch up, enjoy being in the world (feel alive again!), and "get right".....know what I mean??
