LOL ... well my woolen socks are close you know, and I was able to shut some heat off near noon time today, lol ...

But I can't say I am gettting alot of use out of my summer clothing yet ... it hasn't been great at all ...

Glad to hear you are enjoying your summer ... I think next summer will be the best .. I will have to send you an email and let you know what I have planned ... you will surely want to bring your "curry" lol ...

I am just about getting settled in, thank you, Holly. It's looking good and I have time to get back to some work now which is such a welcome relief after the last few months.

I went to the cinema today - say the new Ocean's 13 film - excellent. Absolutely first class and funny. You have to see it, the all star cast is amazing and I loved it.

I did enjoy it, I have plenty of landscaping done with lots and lots of hosta, and some shrubs, so it was really a matter of planting the annuals .. looks good ....

I haven't been to a cinema in a long time ... really should go ..

I love Hostas but hate that they are the favourite food for slugs. Grrrr. Lol

Actually I don't go very often at all but my sis is addicted and now we are friends again I will probably get to go more. We're going to watch a live screening of a Genesis gig in a couple of weeks. The gig's in Dusseldorf, Germany but is being screened live in select cinemas across the UK. I can't wait.

This is a page from a site I am building... not done but have a look at these in the album - the album will be changeing in about a week as all the hostas at the nursery are changing, some have flowers, all are amazing..

Yeah I love them too. I never thought much about them until I started doing this site.He has literally hundreds of varieties, and lots of them are dwarf varieties too. The array of colors and shapes are breathtaking.

ANd, yeah, Spring.. such a reaffirming time. This morning all the momma birds are bringing their babies to my patio to teach tehm how to eat, and all the babies are screaming in protest. They are so unsteady in their flight, what a hoot to watch them grow stronger and more sure.
I am loving it.

There are so many different ones, I had about a dozen when I had a garden. You're spot on about the colours, too. who said that green was green? Not in Hosta world, it isn't. Lol

Awww, I miss my garden so much. I used to love feeding the wildlife and Spring is such a precious time, enjoy it for me too, please Liz!
