How to Delete A Page on Website

I am trying to get my email to work with php. I have copied script from VH, pasted to Notepad, uploaded to FTP, nothing works. Anyway, in the process, I have rebuilt my contact us page and republished hoping that might solve the problem. Instead it created another, now it shows the new page first, then after I click submit it goes to the old version of the page. How can I delete old version? Appreciate the help.
