(Disclaimer: when visiting me and sitting on my couch you agree to return all half sucked jelly beans and lollies and half chewed chewing gum that may have got stuck to your bottom while sitting on my couch.. they are recycleable, especially the chewing gum..lol).

Just for that, I'll pick up all the jelly beans and lollies off the couch and carpet and pick the hairs and carpet fluff off them one by one and arrange them on a plate and make the best looking assortment for ya.. all the chewing gum will be neatly rolled and stacked.. see how neat I am..?? and if you're worried about hygene.. don't.. I promise I wash my hands before I touch anything..lol

By the way, Manuel is the only 'Alien' that can do tap dancing in a space suit on a dusty planet surface in zero gravity conditions.. last time he did it, it sounded so good they made the movie 'Contact' after they heard it..lol.

Salsa

2 large tomatoes, seeded (don't have to) and diced
½ small sweet onion, like Texas sweet or red, finely chopped
1 to 3 jalapeños finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 large garlic clove finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Combine all the ingredients and chill for 2 hours before serving with chips.
