Uh-Hmmmm!

Leave you two alone for a while and you get into all kinds of shenannigans, don't you?? (you are both so bloated from popcorn that you look like pumpkins - no costumes needed!!)

I am glad to see that the use of avatars has once again become norm de rigur, and VodaTalk has been "classed up" so to speak.....now if we can devise a means to keep out spammers and tone down the superfulous posts by enhancing the "search-solve-implement" aspect we could say we accomplished something!

well I have a solution, a possible solution perhaps for the "toning down of superfulous posts"

My Suggestion:

A thread (I believe the correct terminology is Board, however, always confusing as I call the entire log on to this site, a board) anyway

A Thread (Board) of it's own ... named ....

One Stop Help Right Here!! - One sticky thread - the thread by Race .... and another identifying the search feature!!

You could work on this solution a bit more Vasili, but I think you get my drift!!

Really.....I think it is just part of the dynamics of web-building: everyone is so excited to actually be able to do something themselves that the brain cells keep popping faster than thoughts can be developed, thus everything will always be a "crisis" and illogiocally presented. It's only when a simple teeny solution is offered that retrospect cliks on and webbies see that there is actually a "system" to it all.
(Later on they might even realize that every element is foundational, each leading into the other in repetitive fashion).

I've said it many times: I am thankful for everything VH represents to me and my enterprise, and taking after Race, "paying it forward" is the least of tasks I can perform as a demonstration of my gratitude.......(which means you all have to suffer my insideous humor!)

I'll undoubtedly agree with its "the excitement of web building" undeniably so ... and I could add, that with the excitement of actual beginning to do so, one does not read, nor take the time to read, considers yesterday the deadline, and panics when something does not go the way it should,

... and I could add, the freedom of blue voda allows users completely novice to build a site, therefore, the proper terminology of asking the question is completely unknown, therefore descriptions or questions, are at times, unreadable without further probing into the question being asked ....

I guess most start off the same way ... guilty as well myself ... and if I can pass along some help with the knowledge I've gained, I do so and I too like the system "pay it forward" .... the entire cycle of "newbies" to "sleuths" can actually be seen here and perhaps it is the next advanced level beyond "newbies" (you can name it) that should be directing the answers to the "newbies" questions ... thereby leaving the sleuths to answer the ultimate questions, the questions that arise that not everyone can answer ... Make sense?

I prefer to avoid establishing "tiers" or "classes" of Memebers....it's easier for me to just be cool beans or annoyed!

("Core Groups" always develop themselves, and friends are made along the way - a hidden blessing if you will!)
