Anybody have any REALLY FATTENING FOOD? (Hi- Cindy said I should ck out the forums..so here I am! and HUNGRY, too!...but...looks like y'all beat me to all the fine dining. I don't do bugs.

Ok, back to the Kitchen. I may be spending more time in here, as my entire family has decided to do a Health Challenge for the next 6 months. If we all meet the challenge (sounds better that loosing weight) then we will take a special trip! I need some high protein foods. Any ideas? and don't say "ants"! lol

High protein foods: Fish is the best, if you like it, chicken (white meat), lean beef, beans, eggs, low fat dairy.

Also, in Canada our table salt comes from the mountains, (not sure where you are from, you're always traveling lol) I prefer sea salt, it tastes the exact same, less fluid. Try it. I think it may come from Italy. Usually you find it in the seafood section. Well that's my two cents worth. lol

Oh yeah, excercising, makes you feel great! I jog and swim....working my way to the circuit......then look out...Hiyah! lol

Well I guess we'll let Bill of the hook ...do you think worms are on his menu list too...I have heard of a restaurant in UK (London) tht serves bugs ...they are bug restaturant...no how do you suppose the health inspector deals with bugs o nthe menu vs. those tht are part of the health hazzard...lol....hmmmmmm

Don't know Beez, all kinds of people in the world eat differently so it must be allowed, maybe because they are hygenic bugs, naw don't tell me worms too. Jeez......I always wanted to try different foods, but I am thinking maybe I may not be right for the job......lol

I'll be in the restaurant saying, what is it? Does it still move? Change of plans, think maybe I'll try different vacation destinations instead. Might not be so scary....

Eye see this has been a beeeeeeezzzy kitchen while My Dog & I have been at the Vinyard .... Nice to see Bill's choices added to the menu, sounds delicious .......... must wander around a bit now and find some jokes to laugh at ......... btw ..... this kitchen is a mess, lol
