3 egg whites
¾ cup caster sugar
½ cup caster sugar
½ teaspoon cornflour
½ teaspoon white vinegar
½ teaspoon vanilla flavouring essence
6 ripe kiwi fruit
2 large ripe mangoes
4 teaspoon icing sugar for sifting
Just 142/kj per serving

Sounds delicious too Zlatko, Kiwis are definitely a fav, (Just hate peeling the little critters) and definitely all cooks and bakers are in ... yes for sure ... I am just the tester, lol and you passed the test ... When will it be ready, will it be ready for our voyage to the Moon? All Vodaliens have been supoened, we've got a few days left, it's not until 2014, lol .. but we're off to Moon Camp ....

er um,, no, if you go into the pantry and look under that silver dome thing, no you will not see any blueberry cake...nope none at all...gone, well never made it...not here! nope.

Yeahhhhhhh!!!!!!!! That's what I like to hear .... just for that Kate I shall make you some extra special scallops when you arrive ... you will have scallops baked on their shell in white wine, worchestershire sauce, lemon, butter & garlic, covered with ***** cheese .... they will so delicately melt in your mouth, the scallops will be fresh and large, you won't be able to eat one in just one bite!!

Oh I miss the days of retrieving these delicasies from the very ocean they lied in ... used to scuba dive in my younger days, would be nothing to bring up 100 lbs or so within an hour ... awe ... those were the days, let me tell u!!

yeah just for you ............ oh we had better start drinking again, I am getting hungry again ... lol

That sounds just absolutely wonderful!
I have noticed that the seas are struggling to keep the wild bugs alive and grow as large as they used to be. I worked in a seafood department and the prawns that I used to stuff were large enough to saddle up and ride! The have seemed to all go down a size...sad very very sad

Sure Kate, everybody can come, it's your house.....lol, the more cooks the merrier, the more wine the merriest, especially when we make snowpeople, they will look the merriest of all after some wine.....lol Beezie will have to add more hands chilling the wine out the window, whilst we drive, she should be alright with that, give her a couple of sips and she's fine......lol Where ever she is.....she is missing the plans for good food, drink and be merry.

How did you people have Jerk Chicken and not invite me...hmmmm..me thinks I need to be getting back to forum more often ...too many foodies out these days and leaving nuthi' but s****s.

If you all are nice to me..I'll give you my personal jerk seasoning recipe...and if you really nice...i'll send dry ingrdients you can't get for christmas....lol...sorry but Sctch Bonnets don't travel well...hehe...

And I'll be needing piece of that Blueberry cake for afterrwards.
