Just read your anxietynomore website. Its fanstasic.. and well done on what you achived there. Its a hard road to go down (which im also suffering with) I might also purchase your book. Seems to be really good!

Hi Teri,

The book is going really well, I sell around 30 a week and it just shows how popular it is. I studied the subject for years after my own recovery, which really was the best education anyone can have.

I am also getting offers to do talks on the subject and it is all down to the success of the book, which does get very good feedback. i also wanted to build a site where people trusted me, my main concern is always the people I help. The growth of the site though has made it impossible to answer the sheer volume of emails I receive, that is the sad part.

Putting the whole thing together was hard work, but when you receive an email saying you have changed somebodys life it makes it all worth while.

On the book side of things, you don't have to pay a penny, money is not my god and never will be. Just email your address through the contact page and it will be a pleaseure to send one out to you, I don't want anything for it

Reading around on the internet, I think the type of Anxiety I have is situation Anxiety. Which has already cost me a chance of a life time. But oh well!. I have been there done that and it is hard But I turn it around so you can to guess what, you will feel better for it ,SO DON'T GIVE UP I got back in shape and a lot healthier
