I am in northern California and it is 72 lovely degrees outside right now,it is wonderful!

Many beaver dams can be seen as you drive by lakes just on the roadside. In fact we had Beaver trees where we grew up. Down by a stream, beavers used to come and gnaw the tree down, creating sort of a shimy pole for us ... I can show you a scar just below my knee, from falling off a beaver tree, lol ... it actually is a twin to the scar in the same area just below the knee from softball stitches. Twins I'd say, lol ...

The beaver appears on our five cent piece ... and I'm certain that strap the grade 2 teacher used to use was a beaver tail, lol

As evying the weather by Liz, I do too sounds like back home. I'ts only 12deg.C here today and looks like it's going to get colder over the next few days.
