Zlatko, the popcorn sounds terrific, I have to say I would like that, and you know what, I can make that ... those are the recipes I like ...

And sounds like you've tried Turtle Soup Too!! So tell me, what is the recipe for Turtle Soup ... is is a stock broth type of soup, a stew, a chowder or what?? What else would go in it? What do turtles taste like, what do they compare to?? I would imagine something like a long necked clam, kind of rubbery? Would I be close??

Mandy, I'll bet your little bubby did some dancing eating the curry, lol

Banana yogourt over my chicken?? Different to me ... I don't know about this one ... seems kind of sweet? Is it??

Any great Lobster or Scallop Recipes Zlatko?? Seafood recipes??
      Yummmmmmmmmmmmm

            Zlatko

Thanks for the awesome scallop recipe ... I shall try that one out and let you know how well I do ... honestly, I wasn't aware that there really was such soup, turtles, I always thought that was merely a joke. I am certain there isn't any of that here in Canada ...

So how about a salad recipe, using spinach would be great ...
yum .... and a nice dressing to go along with it ...

LadyEye maybe this some light dinner…lol

Pancake wraps with baby spinach and feta cheese

                4 eggs
                3 tablespoons melted butter
                1 cup heavy cream
                1 cup soda water
                1 1/2 cups flour
                1 pinch salt
1 egg white beaten to soft peaks

                Filling:
                2 tablespoons butter
                1 clove minced garlic
                2 pounds baby spinach
                1 1/2 cups crumbled feta
                1/2 cup grated Parmesan
                1 cup toasted pine nuts

Make pancake until lightly brown. For the filling, melt the butter in a large sauté pan and add the garlic. When the garlic browns slightly, add the spinach. Sauté until spinach is cooked and let cool. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place 2 tablespoons of filling in each pancake and roll them up. Place rolls in 400-degree oven for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
