Hello and welcome!

You will find all the help you need here in the forum. There are many tutorials to watch and lots of help and information already here, if you search. You will also find lots of advice on building your site and optimising it for the search engines. I recommend that you read all that you can here and don't be afraid to post a question in the appropriate forum asking for specific help, should you need it.
