I Have Been Working On My Own Website All Day Today
And I Have Still Got Nowhere... I Don't Think I'm Stupid
But This Is SSSOOOO Hard To Even Get Off The Ground.
I'm Completely Lost And I Just Want To Give Up Right Now.
Anyone Else In The Same Boat.

Hey Pinklady;
Don't give up! If you made it this far you are not stupid!! If you have watched to tutorials, and are having problems, look at the other forums,(general issues and so on) there ore others of us that ask the same questions you are having, and if you can't find your question then you can start a thread with that one. We are all in this boat and there are plenty off life perservers to keep you afloat!!

This isn't as hard as it looks, it just feels that way becasue it is all so new.
You can do this!
Have a read, follow the instructions and you will be on your way vefore you know it.

Firstly welcome to Vodahost and secondly, you will get the hang of it soon, it'll jsut take a little time.

I think it took me at least a good month before it started to all fall into place. Some people get it real quick and some people get it a bit later down the track but at some point, you will get it and when you do, you will be glad you stuck at it.

I was in the exact same boat Pinklady 14months ago, then I used this wonderful forum, tore a few hairs out, sent in the odd support ticket and I have still no idea what I am doing

Only kidding, I am not the finished article by any means, but I am so glad I followed through and in time it all fell into place and trust me I had never had anything whatsoever to do with web-building, I came here because someone wanted to charge me £1,000 to build the site for me.

The best thing I ever did was join here.

So go through the tutorials one by one, don't try too much at once, any questions just come back and ask, you will never be ignored as there is a wealth of friendly talented people here.

Don't be shy about asking for help. The above advice is very good. Read lots and experiment. You WILL get the hang of it if you try. You WON'T get the hang of it if you don't try.
