how do i make a link from one part of a page to another part of the same page? are there anchors in this software?

In BlueVoda anchors are called Bookmarks.
To jump from one part of a page to another do this:
1. Add a bookmark Menu->Insert->Bookmark, place the icon anywhere on the page
2. Give the bookmark a name
2. Add a link and select the bookmark item from the dropdown menu.
