You don't (you can't). You watch them until you master the techniques detailed....

You can stop them, pause them (and practice right alongside them), and replay them to your heart's content, but you can't "collect" them!

Just watch the tutorials and if you don't understand the tutorial then search this forum on the subject to see if you can find the answer.

Failing that if you can't find the answer then ask a question here in the forum and people will be glad to help.
