HUGE new experience!!

Hi! After alot of research I chose Vodahost/BlueVoda to take me forward in my new venture. I'm looking forward to an exciting challenge of building my website - never done anything like it before! Just going through the planning stages at the moment as I want to share it with like-minded people (it will be pet related and fun) but I would love to be able to approach specific pet sites to advertise on my site but I really don't have a clue about approaching this. As I don't intend selling from my site I would like to generate a little bit of income through advertising. I really don't know how to begin to do this. Forgive me if I've gabbed on too much or if I'm in the wrong Forum! Guess I just wanted to introduce myself really. Hi/Hola!
