CC cleaner

Hello,

I want to install the CCcleaner but I am hesitating,

1) would it delete any of my working files, such as word, excel, pictures etc, that haven't been touched for some period of time??

2) would it clean the registry in my PC?

Is this program something similar to Wopti Utilities??

I would appreciate somebody's help
