i cant publish my web coz of IP address and there's nothing in my email welcome about it... pls some1 give me some help:<

VH always give a temp IP address in every welcome email along with a lot of other details.................

Are you sure that its the welcome email, it could be the confirmation email that you are looking at...check your spam box or bulk mail box.

You can always put in a support ticket requesting a copy of the welcome email..................

The email you are lookin for should have the IP address, your user name and password.
