Publishing error

I've been trying to publish my site for sometime now and keep getting the error550: there is no publish_htm directory. My domain name is with 123-reg but I have got my web hosting with BlueVoda and using the Bluevoda web builder. I've double checked and I've defantly got the correct IP address and username and password. Can anyone help? I'm terring my hair out here. I am sure its one simple step I have missed out! :(

You will need to change the text in the publishing area pop up.

Please put in a support ticket and ask them to check the account or reset the account. 550 error is ..

1. wrong user name or passwords or both
2. No permission to perform a task.. like publish.
