i already started working on my site, but the problem is that im somehow confsued, im realy very new in creating sites, and about getting account i got the offline form and i wanna aply for 1years, it is written
Annual Billing : No Set Up Fee US$95.40 every 12 months works out to only $7.95 per month, but honestly i didnt get it , so what this sentence mean, im sorry my english is not that good, i undrestood that i have to pay 95.40 every 12 months , this is the only think i get , what works out to only 7.95 means.
