renaming index page to domain name

[RT60-PRODUCTIONS]

Hi all,

Firstly i would like to thank all those people who have helped with website problems. however i would like to know if i can change the name of my published home page (www.rt60productions.co.uk) from index to RT60-PRODUCTIONS so that in the tab at the top of the page it says RT60-PRODUCTIONS instead of index.
