I am new here and really enjoying building webpages. I can hardly wait to get my first page published. I am really enjoying the fun chit chat, too.

Just a little about me: I am married to an awesome man and have five beautiful and energetic girls ranging in age from 12 to 18 months. They keep me busy!

I have been searching for quite some time for what I want to do "when I grow up." I think I have finally found it! Hooray!

PS I am having a hard time finding my IP Address. Submitted a ticket but still waiting for response. I did not get the Welcome email. Hmmm.

Did you sign up for a hosting account(paid)? If so check your spam box sometimes it ends up there.

Ok, so I just got an email in response form my ticket and I was told that if my IP address is not in the list, then I don't have the latest version of the BV Website Builder and that I should download it again. I did that. I also checked with http://who.is and got my IP address. It does not match any of the numbers AND I STILL have not received a Welcome letter. Unfortunately, I do not think they are planning on helping me anymore bc they closed my ticket. Hmmm. What now?

Submit another and tell them you have not received your login details and request it be resent. If you received the email form them this time you should receive the next with no problem. Good luck
